Greenpeace volunteers blockade three entrances to Downing Street with several tonnes of coal in protest against Tony Blair’s failure to tackle global warming. The message on the lorry dumping the coal reads "Blair: Climate Failure", the message on the tape says "Climate Crime Scene".
