Ecological farmer Lorraine Walker harvest ecological lettuces at her farm.

"I am a farmer at Eatwell Farm. Our primary focus here at the farm is Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) which means we deliver a box to all around the San Francisco bay area and in that way they have the opportunity to get great produce straight from the farm. They also invest in the future of the farm by subscribing to our box. I also produce cooking recipes in our farm newsletters every week to help our consumers make the most of the produce we are supplying them. I do this so people can have a connection to the food we are growing and its not just a package that they buy from a store. We use Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to show the produce that we are growing. By using this connection we inform people why it is important to support local ecological farms".
