Medecins Sans Frontiers (MSF) and Greenpeace teams assist a boat carrying Syrian refugees to safety on the shores of Lesbos, Greece.

The two organisations are conducting joint operations at sea to provide assistance to boats in distress off the coast of the Greek island of Lesbos, in coordination with and in support of the Greek Coast Guard.
