The MSV Fennica docked at the repair facility on Swan Island. The Shell-leased icebreaker approached the St. Johns Bridge but returned to dock as climbers under the bridge prevented the Shell-leased icebreaker from passing to join Shell's Arctic drilling fleet. The climbers refused the Coast Guard orders to move and the ship returned to dock.
