The MSV Fennica docked at the repair facility on Swan Island. The Shell-leased icebreaker approached the St. Johns Bridge as climbers under the bridge attempt to prevent the Shell-leased icebreaker from passing under the bridge to join Shell's Arctic drilling fleet. The climbers refused the Coast Guard orders to move and the ship returned to dock.
