Displaced People after Floods in the Central African Republic
As the sun goes down, Guy continues the manioc distribution in front of his shelter at the Socada site. Guy Zegue, has fled with his wife and children as all of the Monkey Island was flooded. This former member of the Central African army is in charge of helping organizing part of the Socada site, where they lived as displaced. "These floodings are a situation generalized on the side of the Ubangi, and also in the neighbouring countries," he says.
