A delegation of Greenpeace International representatives are attending the third session of an Intergovernmental Conference on an international legally instrument under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, on the conservation and sustainable use of marine biological diversity of areas beyond national jurisdiction. Delegates are currently at the UN in New York and negotiate towards an historic Global Ocean Treaty.
