The Greenpeace ship Esperanza sailed to the Amazon Reef, near the coasts of French Guiana as part of the "Protect the Oceans" ship tour, a year-long pole to pole voyage from the Arctic to the Antarctic.
They were almost 40 people onboard, of 18 nationalities,  coming from all around the world to capture the beauty of the Amazon Reef and marine life in the region.
