Woodley was arrested Oct. 10, on Indigenous Peoples’ Day and charged with criminal trespassing and engaging in a riot. More than 600 people have been arrested in the pipeline battle and many have sprayed with mace, pepper spray and firehoses in sub-freezing weather.
