Various fishing vessels lie at anchor in Bissau port. They have been arrested for various fisheries infractions. Armed soldiers guard the vessels and a changing of the guard takes place every morning. NOTE: These vessels were already in port (and this footage was recorded) before the joint surveillance between and the Guinea Bissau fisheries authorities.
