The Greenpeace flagship Rainbow Warrior arrives at Takahama nuclear power plant. For the past two months the ship has been working in Japan, leading investigations into the consequences of the marine environment of the Fukushima nuclear accident and highlighting the risk of Japan continuing with nuclear power. In the last two weeks both Takahama reactors 3 and 4 have been forced to shut down following a citizens lead court action.
