In July 2020, Greenpeace Russia group took part in extinguishing a complex forest fire on the territory of the Denezhkin Kamen reserve in the Urals.
Greenpeace specialists joined the reserve staff, professional firefighters and local volunteers. In addition to extinguishing they helped to conduct reconnaissance and monitoring of fires, as well as to select places for helicopter landing using quadcopters.
