Greenpeace diver holds a banner reading "Il Mare non e' usa e getta" (The sea is not a single-use item), at Pier 4, Island of Santo Stefano, Ventotene, next to red sea fans (Paramuricea clavata). Greenpeace together with The Blu Dream Project, the CNR-IAS and the University of the Marche region carry out a tour in the Tyrrhenian Sea to document the plastic and microplastics pollution in the marine ecosystem.
