Dust is seen on a lotus leaf in Saraburi Province. The dust comes from passing trucks from a nearby cement factory.
Greenpeace is calling upon the Pollution Control Department to impose stricter standards on particulate matter in the country’s Air Quality Index and to monitor and enforce preventive measures on PM 2.5 in order to protect public health.
