Glaciologist Dr Jason Box pulls up a CTD - a scientific instrument used in gathering data about ocean conditions, in this case he is particularly concerned about temperature. He is sampling waters in Kane Basin which is overlooked by the Humboldt glacier. Jason is part of a team of scientists on board the Greenpeace ship MY Arctic Sunrise, documenting the effects of climate change on the Arctic environment.
