Polar oceanographer Dr Peter Wadhams, from the University of Cambridge, works with scientific equipment on the Greenpeace ship MY Arctic Sunrise. Wadhams is leading an independent team of five scientists, working with the Greenpeace crew. The team is researching the effects of climate change on fast depleting sea ice.
