Crewmembers from the Cedarlea chained themselves to the discharge pipes of the Belgian dump ship "Falco", loaded with chemical waste from the titanium dioxide of NL Industries in Gent, who were dumping some 3000,000 tonnes of waste per year in the waters off the Dutch coast.
