Diesel fuel has leaked into the Arthur Kill waterway. At least two tanks at the Motiva Enterprises Terminal at Sewaren, N.J. facility, a joint venture of Royal Dutch Shell and Saudi Aramco, were damaged in the wake of Hurricane Sandy and leaked diesel fuel into Woodbridge Creek. One small tank has been displaced. The facility has a capacity of 5 million gallons of refined petroleum products. The United States Coast Guard assisted with clean up and recovery.
