Greenpeace volunteers bring a life-like polar bear to Parliament Hill in Ottawa on the same day Canada begins its two year chairmanship of the Arctic Council. The activity is carried out to call for more action to address climate change and curb the Arctic oil rush while the Arctic Council, an international forum set up to ensure the health and sustainability of the Arctic region, is meeting in Kiruna, Sweden.
