Christian Bussau and Dietmar Kress from Greenpeace Germany, at the International Maritime Court Hamburg / International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS). On the initiative of the Dutch government the International Maritime Court holds a hearing on the case of the Greenpeace ship Arctic Sunrise, which has been held in Murmansk Harbour by the Russian authorities since September 18th, when the Greenpeace ship Arctic Sunrise was seized after a peaceful protest at Gazprom’s Prirazlomnaya oil platform in the Pechora Sea. Russia has refused to take part in the court case.
