Lascar Harianja Family After A Year Of Forest Fires

Lascar Harianja is a pineapple farmer whose farm got burned when the forest fires hit Riau province last year.
Greenpeace revisit the family after a year a fire destroyed his 2 hectares pineapple farm. He worked as a labourer in neighborhood plantation to feed his family. After several months, he was able to loan a money from friends so he can start working on his farm. He is now slowly back into farming of his own farm but only a portion of it he was able to develop due to not enough funding to sustain the whole farm.
He also put up a pineapple stand in front of their house to help sustain the needs of the family.
