On the 3rd of April Greenpeace activists climbed on the chimney of the coal fired power plant 'Hemwegcentrale'. They painted the slogan 'Stop CO2' in huge letters on the chimney and activists chained themselves to the plant. One day later Greenpeace received a damage claim of two million guilders from energy production company UNA for damage done to the 185 meter long chimney. According to UNA scaffolds have to be used to remove the slogan. The slogan was removed on April 5th.
