Greenpeace has as “first aid” action against climate destroying carbon dioxide emissions of traffic. The low energy-use car Twingo SmILE (Small, Intelligent, Light, Efficent) was produced by the three Swiss companies Wenko, BRM and Esoro on behalf of Greenpeace. The weight-and fuel- optimized Renault needs half of the fuel compared to the original vehicle. SmILE is in Austria for the first time. Between 11.5 and 16.5.1998 the car will be shown in Bregenz, Innsbruck. Salzburg, Graz, Vienna and Linz.
