Greenpeace action day in front of supermarkets in seven provinces. The activists demand the immediate start of the labeling of products free from genetic engineering.
“The consuming public demands the labeling of products,” explains Greenpeace chemist Dr.Thomas Belazzi. “Products from organic farmers must be genetic engineering free. So we claim for the first step, that organic labels should be immediately marked as “genetic engineering free.””
